Da ich leider Ende Januar aus meinem Zimmer ausziehen werde, suche ich nach einem/r Nachfolger/in. Das Zimmer hat ca. 18m2 und ist durch das Dachfenster sehr hell. Durch die minimale Dachschräge an einer Seite wirkt das Zimmer sehr gemütlich. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine recht große Küche, die soweit mit allem ausgestattet ist was man so braucht. Wir suchen Jemanden, der für längere Zeit in dem Zimmer bleiben möchte (mind. 1,5 Jahre).
Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Wohlgelegen. Direkt vor der Haustür ist die Haltestelle Bonifatiuskirche wovon die Linien 5,15 und 4 fahren. Sowohl mit der Bahn als auch mit dem Fahrrad ist man in ca. 10 min in der Stadt, in ca. 15 min an der Uni und 20min an der FH. Direkt neben der Wohnung ist eine Bäckerei und auch sonstige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit entfernt. Die Neackarwiesen sind auch nicht weit, wo man im Sommer schön grillen, joggen etc. kann.
Mit dir in der WG wohnen zwei Studenten. Die Kristina (BWL-Studentin) und Johannes (Medizin-Student). Sind tolle Mitbewohner, unkompliziert, mit denen man auch gern abends mal sich zusammen in die Küche setzt.
