Hello everyone,
I’m looking for a Nachmieterin for my flatmates Kamila (20) and Yasmine (25) that can move to the WG the 15th of September (or 1st of October), since I’m moving in with my boyfriend.
The apartment is located in Friedenau (between Schöneberg and Steglitz) and is very well connected to public transportation (U9, S1 and several buses). It’s also 1 station away from the Ringbahn!
It is in an Altbau building with a huge living room, a dishwasher, a washing machine and is pretty well equipped with kitchen supplies etc.
Overall the area is very calm and homey, and you can find basically all kinds of stores, supermarkets, cute cafes and everything you need within walking distance.
We’re looking for someone between 22-28 who shares the same appreciation for keeping things tidy and comfortable as us, and is overall a chill and considerate person.
Kamila and Yasmins study/work and are pretty busy with their own stuff, but still find time to go out or share a meal together. 😊
The room is 17m2, unfurnished and south-facing, so beautifully sunlit and ideal for plant-parents ☺️
Rent is 480 euros including utilities and everything.
