Da ich mein Auslandssemester in Paris um einen Monat verlängert habe, suche ich vom ersten bis zum 31. Juli eine*n Zwischenmieter*in für mein möbliertes WG-Zimmer in Köln. Die Wohnung im rechtsrheinischen Stadtteil Kalk teile ich mir mit meiner wundervollen Mitbewohnerin Svenja, mit der du dich auch gut verstehen solltest, um hinein zu passen. Sie ist 23 Jahre alt, studiert Musikwissenschaft und Kunstgeschichte und in ihrer Freizeit beschäftigt sie sich gern mit kreativem Zeugs (z.B. Filmfotografie und Linoldruck) oder sitzt mit Freund*innen in Parks und Bars.
Neben unseren beiden Zimmern teilen wir uns eine gemütliche Küche, in der wir gerne zusammen kochen und quatschen, und ein großes Bad. Es handelt sich um einen Altbau mit hohen Decken, in den Zimmern liegt ein PVC-Boden mit schickem Fischgrätenmuster . An das zu vermietende Zimmer grenzt außerdem ein Balkon, auf dem schon ein paar Blümchen wachsen und auf dem man morgens im Sonnenschein Frühstücken kann, da er nach Osten ausgerichtet ist. Dazu gibt es einen Garten in Gemeinschaftsnutzung für alle Hausbewohnenden. Außerdem haben wir ein kleines Kellerabteil.

I am currently studying in Paris and staying one month longer, than originally planned, so I am looking for someone to live in my furnished room in Cologne, from the first to the last of July. The apartment is located in Kalk, and I share it with a wonderful roommate. Her name is Svenja, she's 23 and studies art history and musicology , and in her free time she likes to be creative (e.g. film photography and linoprinting), meet friends in the park for a vegan barbecue or later in the evening for drinks and dancing. If you want to move in, it’s important you get along with her.
The apartment has a kitchen where you can sit together with friends, and a big bathroom. The building is old but well kept and has high ceilings and big windows. The free room also has a balcony next to it, where you can garden or eat breakfast in the sunshine. There is also a garden that can be used by all the people living in the building, and a small basement that you can use to store stuff.
Die Wohnung befindet sich an einer ruhigeren Ecke der geschäftigen Kalk-Mülheimer Straße, und alle wichtigen Läden finden sich in der Nähe (zu Aldi sind es nur 2 Min.). Außerdem gibt es in den Köln Arcaden eine große Auswahl an allem was man sonst noch brauchen könnte. Das schöne Kino „Lichtspiele Kalk“ ist quasi direkt nebenan. Die Bahnhaltestelle Kalk Post liegt etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, von dort kommt man mit der 9 ohne Umstieg an die Uni oder zum Neumarkt, und auch die S-Bahn-Stationen Kalk Trimbornstraße und Köln Buchforst , sowie die nächsten Haltestellen der Linien 3 und 4 liegen alle nur etwa 15 Minuten entfernt. Man ist also gut mit der linksrheinischen Seite verbunden.

The building is located on Kalk-Mülheimer Straße, different shops and supermarkets are all nearby and there is a mall, the Köln Arcaden. There is also a cute cinema practically next door. The tram station Kalk Post (Lines 1 and 9) is ten minutes away, and the train stations Trimbornstraße and Buchforst, as well as the stations for the lines 3 and 4 are in about 15 minutes walking distance.
Die Wohnung ist mit allen wichtigen Möbeln und Geräten (inkl. Waschmaschine) ausgestattet. Wichtig wäre es, dass du zuverlässig, einigermaßen ordentlich und sorgsam mit meinen Sachen bist. Ich möchte auch hervorheben, dass in der WG keine Diskriminierung geduldet wird und wir viel Wert auf Rücksicht im Umgang miteinander legen. Wenn du denkst, du passt hier hinein, schreib uns gern!
