A taxi stand is right outside the door as well as a bicycle rental station of the MVG.
Within 7 minutes you are at the main station, Mitten in Schwabing or at Rotkreutzplatz
All shopping facilities for daily needs can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes (Tengelmann, Rossmann, Penny, VollCorner, Baker, Post Office, Savings Bank, Pharmacy, Doctors, etc.)

The room is 10 square meters. It is rented with sofa bed, chest of drawers, desk and cupboards.
The room is very friendly and bright. A large window towards the west allows a lot of light to fall in.
The kitchen is well equipped and offers plenty of space (even when cooking together). There is also a table where two or three could sit.
In the hallway there is enough space for your shoes (shoe cabinet: 1 meter wide and 1.80 high)
The pictures show everything important and beautiful in themselves.
just before viewing, could you please confirm the following:
1. Landlady needs the contract atleast for 1year
2. 3 months rent as deposit and 1 month rent has to be transferred before moving inn.
