ich hause in einer schönen 2-Zimmerwohnung - und bin aber im nächsten Frühsommer überwiegend weg und möchte sie daher an eine zuverlässige Person (oder ggf. 2, das wäre dann etwas mehr NK) zwischenvermieten.
Es gibt eine vollausgestattete Küche, Bad, einen schönen Balkon, ein Wohn- und ein Schlafzimmer. Du könntest bestimmt ein paar Sachen unterstellen, aber viel Platz für neue Möbel ist nicht.
Altlindenau, 3 Minuten zur Haltestelle: Georg-Schwarz/Merseburgerstr.
In nächster Nähe gibt es viele Cafés, Bars, Lidl und Biosupermarkt, 20 Minuten mit dem Rad zum Kulkwitzer See. Am Bahnhof ist man mit Öffis in 15 Minuten.
Parken funktioniert je nach Uhrzeit besser oder schlechter.
Meldet euch gern, wenn der Zeitraum (grob) passt. Im Mai bin ich teilweise da, Juni und Juli hättet ihr die ganze Wohnung für euch. Die genaue Miete würden wir dementsprechend anpassen. Mir ist wichtig, dass sorgsam mit den Möbeln etc. umgegangen wird.
