Embarking on a New Chapter: The Apartment Quest

My name is Nikhil Shirke, and I am currently in the process of searching for a new apartment/flat with a friend of mine. We are both Indians and will be students in RWTH Aachen from October, 2023. We both are passionate engineers with absolutely no addictions. Both of us are strictly non smokers.

I am looking for a 2/3/4 zimmer apartment that is unfurnished/furnished, ideally within the price range of 600 to 1100 Euros per month. It would be preferable if the apartment is equipped with a installed kitchen along with a refrigerator and a washing machine, as those are essential features for my living requirements.
Incase you need a Schufa (request now) score, we being international students, we have a blocked account confirmation for our living expenses which is mandatory for the Visa too, so rents will be paid timely.

I understand that visiting the apartment in person is essential before making a decision. Therefore, I would like to schedule a convenient time for a viewing tour. Please let me know the best way to set up an appointment, and I will adjust my schedule accordingly.
