The room has it's own 43 inch TV + Your own personal fridge. The space of the room gives you a lot of coziness, you have your own sofa and bed and you are not going to feel restricted moving around, you've got plenty of space. You have a huge window with a beautiful view to the mountains.
The house is 5 minutes by foot from the city center, closest bus stop is right in-front of the house. The train and tram station can be reached 10 minutes by foot. The IU university is 5 minutes away. I would say everything is close to you, even on Sunday's when supermarkets are closed, you can reach the gas station in 5 min. The house is 15 minutes away from the island where you can chill by the river and grab food.
My contract ends by the end of September 30/09/2022. I will be leaving the room at the beginning of August and the only reason I am leaving is because I am going back to my home country.
The landlord provides contracts every 6 months. You are welcome to sign a new contract after September.
