A 2BHK home for family of 3 members

Seeking a comfortable 2BHK home at a friendly and secure locality. We wish to live in a community which is close to TU Bochum as I will be pursuing my studies there. Along with that we are looking forward to meet people with whom we can spend quality time together, to go out and explore places and try out various cusines. We also look forward for a home close to the catholic churches so that we can conveniently reach there. Having public transportation nearby will help myself and my husband to reach our university and work locations easily. Our sister studies at TU Dortmund currently.
Though our family members are lively, we also wish to have the necessary facilities and surroundings to spend time for ourselves and relax over the weekends. We are always ready to help out someone in need and look forward for the same consideration. Our family is eagerly expecting a comfortable and affordable home to settle for a long duration
