We’re looking for a new flatmate for the 7 sqm room in our house!
The room is located in the 2nd floor of a 3-Floor-House. The room is completely furnished.
The house has 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, garden, basement, washing machine and a dryer.
The bus stop (608, 609) is less than 1 minute walking, and it’s a 20 minutes ride to the Hauptbahnhof. The next Bus Stop is 5 minutes walking with more bus options (605, 606, 607, 608, 609). Also, 6 minutes walking is the S-Bahn station.
The area is very residencial and quiet, also with a lot of green areas.
There are different supermarkets (Netto, Aldi, Penny, Rewe) 5-10 minutes walking, a Fitnessstudio, Pharmacy, DM and Restaurants.
In the house live 4 people from different nacionalities (Syria, Afghanistan, Greece, China and Chile) that are studying or working. Everyone has their own room and we respect each other.
The main spoken lenguages are english and german.
