Looking for a 4/5 room apartment/house within the Himmelgeist/itter/Wersten area for a couple with a two year old child. Responsible, friendly, tidy and outgoing family who are looking to find a long term home (house or apartment) access to a large terrace or garden preferred. Financially stable and willing to negotiate advancements for the right property. Move in date is flexible (September-November) Will treat the property with respect and renovations can be done if necessary on our expense. Both English and German spoken fluently, bi lingual family.
