Das Zimmer hat ca. 18 qm2 und einen 6qm2 grossen Balkon. Es ist im ersten OG eines Reihenhauses. Es ist ein helles (Ostseite) und sehr ruhiges Zimmer, da in Richtung Garten gelegen.
St. Georgen ist ein sehr beliebter Stadtteil Freiburgs, im Umkreis von 300 m ist alles vorhanden: Einkaufsläden, Biomarkt, Drogerie, Apotheke, Bank, Post, ÖV ... in Fünf Minuten bist du in den Weinreben und am Waldrand des Schönbergs angekommen.
Im Moment ist das Zimmer an eine Krankenschwester vermietet. Er verlässt uns am 01.03. daher ist ihr Zimmer ab dem 01.03.2023 frei, evtl schon ein paar Tage früher.
Wir beide sind berufstätig, ein Lehrer und eine Studentin, die ihren Masterabschluss macht und daher denken wir, das zu uns eine berufstätige Person, ein/e ruhige/r StudentIn oder PraktikantIn zu uns gut passen würde.
Der Keller ist rappelvoll, daher gibt es leider keine Staumöglichkeit im Haus.
