Looking for apartment / shared flat around FREISING

Hello everyone!!
I am Aizer Ali Sharief, I was born and bought up in bangalore, India our very own silicon valley ,famously known for its IT companies and startups (a.k.a startup hub of the world). I shall be arriving to Germany on November (07.11.2022) to start my Masters program in TUM.

I am looking for short or long term(resonable priced) flat share / apartment, not more than 400-450 € (warm). I am willing to pay from the month of November even if i move in the mid of the month. I would prefer it to be atleast semifurnished.

Personally I am a fun loving person and an extrovert. Huge animal lover, i have cats back home in India. I am usually up for any get-togethers and a fun time. I speak fluent English, hindi , urdu, some south indian languages also. I am at A1 for german and not very fluent. I spend my time playing basketball, football, table tennis and i also ocassionally go trekking , cycling and the movies. I am also a foodie , who loves to explore new places and travels alot. I spend more than the normal amount of time watching movies ( I can suggest any genere from any year :D ) .I do sometimes spend some alone quality time relaxing or destressing myself so i'd like to have a room for myself. I have a lot of life stories and experiences to share! definitely looking for something similar!

I am a non smoker and i do not drink , i don't have any problem with anyone smoking or drinking at all. but i'd prefer if the flat mates didn't party alot in the house or keep drinks lying around all the time. This is like a small request , but everything else i am super chill and would love to take part in chores or in any volunteering work.

Ich bin Aizer Ali Sharief, ich wurde in Bangalore, Indien, unserem eigenen Silicon Valley, geboren und aufgekauft, das für seine IT-Unternehmen und Startups bekannt ist (auch bekannt als Startup-Hub der Welt). Ich komme am 07.11.2022 nach Deutschland, um mein Masterstudium an der TUM zu beginnen.

Ich suche kurz- oder langfristig (günstige) WG / Wohnung, nicht mehr als 400-450 € (warm). Ich bin bereit, ab November zu zahlen, auch wenn ich Mitte des Monats umziehe. Ich würde es vorziehen, wenn es mindestens halbmöbliert wäre.

Privat bin ich ein lebenslustiger Mensch und extrovertiert. Großer Tierliebhaber, ich habe Katzen zu Hause in Indien. Normalerweise bin ich für alle Zusammenkünfte und eine lustige Zeit zu haben.Ich spreche fließend Englisch, Hindi, Urdu, einige südindische Sprachen auch. Ich bin bei A1 für Deutsch und spreche nicht sehr fließend.
Ich verbringe meine Zeit mit Basketball, Fußball, Tischtennis und gehe gelegentlich auch trekken, Rad fahren und ins Kino. Ich bin auch ein Feinschmecker, der gerne neue Orte erkundet und viel reist. Ich verbringe mehr als die normale Zeit damit, Filme zu schauen (ich kann jedes Genre aus jedem Jahr vorschlagen: D). Ich verbringe manchmal etwas Zeit allein, um mich zu entspannen oder mich zu entspannen, also hätte ich gerne ein Zimmer für mich. Ich habe viele Lebensgeschichten und Erfahrungen zu teilen! suche auf jeden fall was ähnliches!

Ich bin Nichtraucher und trinke nicht, ich habe überhaupt kein Problem damit, dass jemand raucht oder trinkt. aber mir wäre es lieber wenn die mitbewohner nicht viel feiern im haus oder ständig getränke herumliegen lassen. Das ist wie eine kleine Bitte, aber alles andere, ich bin super entspannt und würde gerne an Hausarbeiten oder Freiwilligenarbeit teilnehmen.
