Hallo,
wir sind eine große WG mit aktuell 6 Mitbewohnern. Wir sind alle Studenten der FH in Friedberg. Drei von uns studieren Maschinenbau im 5. Semester, einer Mechatronik im 5. Semester. Ab Februar verlassen uns zwei Mitbewohner. Somit hätten wir einmal ein Zimmer mit 12m2 im Erdgeschoß und ein Zimmer mit 15m2 im 1. OG frei. Wir haben ein ganzes Einfamilienhaus zur Verfügung, mit zwei Bädern, Gäste WC, Küche, Keller, Dachboden, Garten etc.
Die Zimmer werden einzeln vermietet, somit fallen nur Kosten für das eigene Zimmer an falls ein Mitbewohner ausziehen würde. Der Mietpreis liegt zwischen 190- 220€, inklusive Wasser und Strom. Für Internet und Telefonanschluss kommen monatlich noch ca. 10€ dazu.
Sehr ruhige Lage. Wir haben ca. 6min zum Bahnhof-Bruchenbrücken mit S-Bahn Verbindung nach Friedberg( 1 Station, 4min Fahrzeit) und Frankfurt (ca. 30min).
