hello thank you for your interest. the location of this house is in kircheim, heidelberg. 2 minutes walk from the kircheim rathaus tram station. it's also one block away from aldi süd (1 minute walk) and very near with lidl as well.

it is a room with a shared kitchen and bathroom. in the room you will have a wardrobe, queen size bed, and small fridge. i am subletting it from mid august to the end of september. actually, the rent cost is 500€ per month. but i will reduce it 50€. so the new cost for 15/08 - 31/08 will be 200€ and for the whole september will be 450€. deposit will be 500€. you can choose to have the room either only for each month (half august or whole september) or for the whole one month and half (august & september).
