Your room is on the third floor (German 2nd floor), irregular 20m2. Equipped with an ikea double bed, table and a chair. One shared bathroom with shower on this floor. Another shared toilet on the 1st floor. Shared big kitchen and living room and garden (60 m2). You will have a basement room (10 m2)for storage. The house is newly built with new technology, not hot in summer. Decoration is modern and harmonized with nature. A good place to retreat.
8 min by foot to reach S7 Ottobrunn station and 3 bus stations, where you could find Edeka, Penny, Kino, Banks, Backery etc. The other direction from the house is forest and field, where you could go jogging even during lockdown. The Ikea, KFC, Hagelbau, Isar Center, Lidl are within 5 KM. Aldi is 1.5 KM away.
You will share the house with another two people. I am a nice and considerate landloard, and I hope you are nice too.
