My beautiful 550 years old authentic Finca in the campo of San Rafael is ideally located in the heart of Ibiza, offering an incomparable 1001 Nights experience and honestly one in a million.
The House is located on a little hill, surrounded by nature and a stunning wine field (huge outside areas), spacious gardens in a historic, freshly renovated & fully equipped house.
You reach Ibiza City by car in 10min, or the north using the short cut through San Rafael. (Taxi rides from Ibiza City towards the house 17 Euros).
I offer a private area in the house for one person only with two super charming rooms and a private bathroom.
You reach your beautiful space through the main living room, all the rest of the house is to share and enjoy as well.
As the gardens, cat & horse need daily care i would appreciate a cheerful person who already loves or wants to get to know kind of a ranch life and is wanting to help out here and there, especially when i am travelling.
Me myself i love working on cultural projects, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, love travelling - seeking out for a like minded, powerful and generous person with an active lifestyle to share this dream place in a open minded, chilled and respectful way to make it grow, create and exchange.

Minimum stay 3 months from now, maximum stay 6 months with prolongation possible. In special cases we can talk about short stays as well.
I speak english, german, french, some spanish - lived for 35 years on planet earth i guess.

the house is located close to san rafael in the beautiful campo site.
you reach san rafael by car in 5 min, in 5min walk a bus station to ibiza city ( 20min bus drive) or you cycle to san rafael through the cosy caminos in about 20min.
in general you should have a car, scooter or motorbike if you live in the campo;-)
the closest beach by car "cala salad"which is really impressing
the house is so central that you reach the mort through the short cut of san rafael, the south anyway and ibiza city in 10 min through the fast road.
it is full of nature here, a real little ranch, romantic, mauretanic, historic and just stunning.
