This is my parents house in the beautiful Georgian Quarter in Liverpool. It is a family home, 4 rooms... all furnished. my parents are going to live abroad for a year and are willing to rent their home to a loving family or a couple. They would not like friends to share this place however.
the location is near to perfect, bus station and pub are both just in front of the door. it only takes a few minutes to reach the city, university, shops and everything else you would need or want. the cathedral is in walking distance as well (if you are into that)
as I will help my parents with choosing a tenant and they mostly decide on a positive vibe and attitude it would really help if you would tell us a bit about yourself. who are you, why are you interested, why are you in Liverpool.. all that and more!
