we rent from 1.3.25 a semi-detached house as 4 he WG. The house is just refurbished, new roof window, roof insulation, new floors oak laminate. That's why there are no meaningful photos from the inside.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a large living-dining room as well as a guest toilet.
On the 1st floor is the bathroom and 3 rooms, of which 2 rooms share a balcony. (12 m2, 18 m2, 19 m2)
In the attic is a larger room with 3 roof tops and a small bathroom.
The house also has a beautiful terrace and a garden. A bit of gardening is also a thing.
In the basement there is a washing machine and a dryer and 3 additional rooms.

wir vermieten ab 1.3.25 eine Doppelhaushälfte als 4 er WG. Das Haus wird gerade saniert, neue Dachflächenfenster, Dachdämmung, neue Fußböden Eiche Laminat. Darum gibt es noch keine aussagekräftigen Fotos von Innen.
Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die komplett eingerichtete Küche und ein großes Wohn-Esszimmer sowie eine Gäste WC.
Im 1. Stock ist das Badezimmer und 3 Zimmer, wovon sich 2 Zimmer einen Balkon teilen. (12 m2, 18 m2, 19 m2)
Im Dachgeschoss ist ein größeres Zimmer mit 3 Dachflächenfensten und einem kleinen Badezimmer.
Das Haus hat außerdem eine schöne Terasse und einen Garten. Ein bisschen Gartenarbeit fällt darum auch an.
Im Keller ist eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner und noch 3 zusätzliche Räume.
