wir vermieten ab 1.3.25 eine Doppelhaushälfte als 4 er WG. Das Haus wird gerade saniert, neue Dachflächenfenster, Dachdämmung, neue Fußböden Eiche Laminat. Darum gibt es noch keine aussagekräftigen Fotos von Innen.
Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die komplett eingerichtete Küche und ein großes Wohn-Esszimmer sowie eine Gäste WC.
Im 1. Stock ist das Badezimmer und 3 Zimmer, wovon sich 2 Zimmer einen Balkon teilen. (12 m2, 18 m2, 19 m2)
Im Dachgeschoss ist ein größeres Zimmer mit 3 Dachflächenfensten und einem kleinen Badezimmer.
Das Haus hat außerdem eine schöne Terasse und einen Garten. Ein bisschen Gartenarbeit fällt darum auch an.
Im Keller ist eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner und noch 3 zusätzliche Räume.
Das Haus steht im Stadtteil Coerde, in einer kleinen Stichstraße. Der Wald ist in direkter Nähe, wie auch die Rieselfelder, Münsters Naherholungsgebiet.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 1 min entfernt und der Bus in die Stadt fährt alle 10 min. Vom Haus bis in die Innenstadt sind es 4 km.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 5 min. entfernt. (Aldi, Edeka, Bäckerei, Rossmann, Apotheke…Lidl kommt ende des Jahres)
