Umfrage: Wir sind dabei, eine Haus-WG in Wernstein zu gründen. Auf zwei Geschossen finden vier Parteien Platz, mit jeweils einer Küche und Wohnzimmer (je nach Aufteilung). Die Idee ist, sich manche Fläche im Haus gemeinsam zu nutzen und dass jede:r Privatraum hat. Ein Haus haben wir konkret in Aussicht, jetzt möchten wir wissen, ob dafür Bedarf ist.
Das Haus selber ist in gutem Zustand, bereits möbliert. Die Zimmeraufteilung liegt geschickt und man kann zwei Küchen getrennt nutzen. Idealerweise gibt es in der gemeinsamen Nutzung einen Gemeinschaftsraum. Im Keller gibt es zwei Werkräume, neben einem Heizraum. Ein paar Renouvierungen müssen gemacht werden, wozu der Eigentümer, die Eigentümerin bereit wären.
Wernstein liegt etwa 10km von Passau entfernt, und ist mit Zug, Auto und Fahrrad leicht erreichbar. Das Haus liegt im Berghang, und man hat eine traumhafte Aussicht auf die Burg Neuburg am Inn. Am Rande des Gartens fließt ein kleiner Bach vorbei.
