Hey,
The house is about 140m2 and has four free bedrooms. I'm using the room that is nearest to the kitchen, but the other four are free to use, each one has its own TV. You don't have to worry if someone is using the bathroom when you need it, as it includes two bathrooms. One of those has one shower for those days when you are in a hurry but also has a bathtub for that day when you want to relax in hot water. The cherry on the cake, there is a pool where you can relax and refresh yourself in the last month of the summer. The house has a big kitchen with all the appliances required to cook, including two refrigerators, an oven, a toaster, a microwave, a dishwasher, and kitchenware. There is a washing machine so don't worry about paying each time you want to clean your clothes. The minimum stay is for 3 months, starting in September.
For a better view of the place, you can visit the link of the real estate agency: https://www.designapartments-potsdam.de/7/.
Located in a quiet area with supermarkets nearby. The supermarkets nearby are Edeka, Neto, and Norma. There is a tram stop at 6 minutes from the house, the tram takes you directly to Babelsberg S-bahn station where you can take the S7 to Berlin. There is also a bus station at the same stop, which takes you to either Griebnitzsee or Potsdam Hauptbahnhof.
It would be important for me to find a clean and relaxed person who can imagine sharing the space. Import is to keep common spaces clean and take the trash out. Preferable if you speak Spanish, English, or German.
About me, my name is Diego (23), I come from Honduras. I like to read and play football. I like to read and on those hot days get inside the pool. I workout often and some weekends go to a party in Berlin, you can join if you wish. If you can imagine sharing this space with me. Feel free to write me in Spanish, English or German (my german is not that good tho)
