Dieses neu erbaute Tiny Haus dient als eine wahre Wohlfühloase für all seine Mieter, die einmal ganz minimalistisch und abseits vom Stadtgetümmel leben möchten. Das Haus ist aufgeteilt in einen Hauptraum, 2 Schlaflofts, Küche und Bad. Als Vergrößerung des "Wohnraums" dient die 26 qm große Außenterrasse mit Pergola und Hängesitz. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet mit allen notwendigen elektrischen Geräten, die zum Zubereiten leckerer Gerichte benötigt werden. Im Bad gibt es eine Regenduschkopfdusche. Das Haus kann von einem sauberen und ordentlichen Gast bewohnt werden. Es befindet sich unweit des bekannten Wanderwaldes (Deister) in einer ruhigen Gegend.

Ein Stellplatz mit Carport für einen PKW ist vorhanden.

Das Haus kann auch als Büro angemietet werden.
Man kann es auch für ein Minimum von 4 Nächten für 50 € pro Nacht anmieten zwischen dem 20.11.-30.12.2022.

This newly built tiny house is to serve as a cozy tiny home for all people who feel attracted by lying more in nature away from all the loud noises of the big cities. The houses is divided up into a main room with two sleeping lofts, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a rainbow shower. In order to maximize the living space, there is a 26 sim big terrace connected to the house offering a swing chair and a sun island in which 2 people can sit/lie down.

The house is to be inhabited only by clean and tidy guests who respect the possessions of other people.

There is also a parking spot for cars on the grounds.

The house can also be rented as an office.
