Beautiful 4er WG House with a Fireplace near Yppenplatz (17th)

Our flat is a very beautiful old house located near the Yppenplatz and Ottakringer Beer Factory.
There's tram 2, 9, 33, 46 near by and nearest U-Bahn is Josephstätter or Ottakring.

My room is very spacy with a fireplace made of marble and has a window towards the balcony which gives a very dim light from the outside.
It's rather dark room but very beautiful and cozy!
The environement is quiet, isolated from the loudness, you mostly hear the sound of bugs and birds usually.
*There's many furnitures that I might want to give away or offer in cheap price, especially the 140*200 size very cozy new bed with new mattress and the mattress-schöner/ bookshelves/ beautiful glass desk/ oldfashion beautiful big wood closet/ a sofa(sofa bed type).

It has a 3.5 floors:
1st floor - big kitchen where we hang out together/ a sound studio/ a small bike workshop
2nd floor - 2 rooms facing each other/ and between there is a very cute spacy balcony/ a toilet
3rd floor - 2 rooms facing each other/ a bath with a tub/ a toilet/ staircase to the loft
3.5th floor - a loft with a window to the rooftop (vegi planting possible)

My flatmates are Marion, Miña and Lorenz; who are cute, fun, chilled, professional background in music, art, cycling, etc.
I was having a very sweet cozy vibe in this house with my flatmates, allthough everyone is quite busy outgoing usually.
It has a spacy kitchen where I could cook for a group of friends, cigi break and brunch at the rather quite big balcony next to my room and some tea morning on the rooftop.
It's a quite house area and each of our rooms are quite isolated so I had both a private daily routine with communal feeling.
Our flat language is a mixture of DE and EN.
