The room for rent is on the ground floor of a two story house with a garden, theres a living room ment as a shared space [ workshop/atelier, whatever]
Theres oil heaters in each room and wood heating in the living room.
Theres the Badnerbahn Neu Erlaa 7 mins by foot, 5 fast walking. The U6 is 15-20 min by foot and theres a night bus N66 going 20 mins walk all night.

Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete (Februar – Juni)
Das Zimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines zweistöckigen Hauses mit Garten. Es gibt auch ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer, das als Gemeinschaftsraum (Werkstatt/Atelier o. Ä.) genutzt werden kann.
Die Heizung erfolgt über Öl-Heizkörper in jedem Zimmer und einen Holzofen im Wohnzimmer.
Lage und Anbindung:
Badner Bahn (Neu Erlaa): 7 Minuten zu Fuß (5 Minuten bei schnellem Gehen)
U6: 15–20 Minuten zu Fuß
Nachtbus N66: 20 Minuten zu Fuß (fährt die ganze Nacht)

My roomie Nahuel is a sweet person works during the week then is at the house after 16-17 usually. Theres also maxi the third house mate but madi is a goldsmith and jumps between stiria and here.

Hallo, ich bin Timo (26, Künstler und Student)
Ich gehe von Februar bis Juni für ein Semester auf Erasmus und suche für diesen Zeitraum eine/n Mitbewohner/in für mein Zimmer.
Mein Mitbewohner Nahuel ist ein lieber Mensch, der unter der Woche arbeitet und meistens ab 16-17 Uhr zu Hause ist.
Außerdem gibt es noch Maxi, unseren dritten Mitbewohner. Maxi ist Goldschmied/in und pendelt zwischen der Steiermark und Wien.
