Hey,
I'm pulling it into my own 4 walls, so I'm looking for a rental agent for my room in our 2nd WG.
The room is about 19 m2 large, so you can do well. Thanks to a large window it is beautifully bright!
The apartment is perfect for two people. We have a large hallway with Stauram, a super equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a modern bathroom with floor-to-ceiling shower.
There is also a basement compartment and a bicycle cellar.
Here you live very centrally. Located directly on Aquis Plaza, all shopping facilities are almost right in front of the door.
Supermarkets are also quickly reached and various bus stops can be reached in about 6-8 minutes.
Your new roommate is Ece. Ece is 23 years old and has been living in the WG since September. She studies civil engineering and works as a working student in a construction company.
With Ece you can talk super about everything, she's funny, helpful and living with her was always very easy and pleasant. Besides university and work she cooks and bakes very much, reads, or goes out with friends.
She'd be happy if you take things together from time to time.
Cleanliness in the common rooms is important to her, it would be nice if you have similar ideas so that everyone can feel comfortable.
The stated costs include all costs incurred such as internet and electricity. As current and internet are running on me, new contracts would have to be concluded.
