I rent my WG room in the Oppenhoffallee, limited from 01.02. to 15.06. since I am in Erasmus.
The room is approx. 15sqm tall, designed with light wood laminate and well cut. It has a large window and direct access to the balcony. The balcony is quite large and very cozy to finish an evening. In the warm rental everything is in (gas, water, internet...). The furniture stays all inside, but of course I'll clean up all my things so well, so you'll have enough space in any case. : If desired, I would also try to put the plants in another way, but if you don't have a problem with it, I would make a lot easier if I could leave them. For the furniture I would take a deposit of 400 euros.
Our kitchen is equipped with everything the heart desires. We have everything you need. All possible equipment, dishes and other equipment.
Bathroom and shower are separated. Our shower is therefore more functionally furnished :)
A flat basement offers dry storage space and is practically set off to the bicycle. Furthermore, there is a WG-own washing machine as well as space for hanging laundry in the likewise flattering washing cellar.
The WG is located in the Frankenberger district right in front of Frankenberger Park. The center is reachable by good bus connection (next stop 1min walk) but also by bike or walk in about 10 minutes. The university is about 15 minutes away by bike. At the stop "Schlossstraße" all 7.5 min arrive a bus to Uni. This also takes 15 minutes. In 1-5 min walk you will find a net, a post office, a pharmacy, several bakers, the Aachener Sparkasse and the Musikbunker. Lidl, several bicycle shops, cafes and ice cream parlors are also reachable on foot in a few minutes and on weekends a small market as well as the Frankenberger and Moltke Park.
Your roommate for the time will be Nils. He studies architecture in the 1st semester and is a very open and relaxed person who likes to take a lot with friends.
Nils would be happy with a roommate who is just sympathetic and active. Tell me something about you so we get a good impression of you. :
