We are looking for a new roommate for our Dreier-WG from the beginning of February.
Our apartment is quite large and is part of a multi-family house. We're on the second floor.
We have a nice apartment near the bus stop Blücherplatz. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a living room, a large kitchen with a small balcony that is perfect for planting, and a bathroom.
Your room is about 18 m2 tall, very bright and spacious. The room will be equipped with the items shown on the picture so you don't have to bring anything. 😄 The discount is 120 euros for the furniture. :
The bus stop is located directly in front of the apartment and you can take any bus of lines 1,11,21,51,52.
The nearest supermarket is within a 5-minute walk.
You can reach the bus station Aachen within 10 minutes on foot.
A road further lies the city park, which in summer is my favorite place to catch fresh air and observe the sunset.
There are two kiosks/DHL package stations 2 minutes from the apartment.
The living room looks at the main street, but with closed windows it is not loud at all. There are many sofas so we can always have a movie night or hang with friends. :
In the kitchen is enough space for us and our guests. The kitchen is very well equipped: fridge, microwave, electric stove, oven, washing machine and dishwasher :)
We have a cleaning plan where we divide the apartment into three different areas each weekend. Cleanliness is the most important thing for us. :
Your roommates are Toni and I. I am a mechanical engineer and I am studying in the Master Fahrzeugtechnik at RWTH Aachen. I work as a student assistant and have a minijob.
Toni studies and works. He loves cooking, cycling and swimming. He's also a very friendly and nice guy.
Since we both study and work, we don't organise any crazy student parties at home. Generally, we have a quiet home. ☺️
We both speak English and German. Actually, it's more English for me. 😌
The contract is created in the long term and the rent including ancillary costs for this room is € 435 plus a deposit of € 820.
We transfer the rent to a WG account. :
