Das schöne Zimmer in unserer Haus-WG im Frankenberger Viertel hat hohe Decken und hat ein praktisches Hochbett.
Wir sind 14 Leute aus der ganzen Welt und teilen uns ein komplettes Haus als WG. Das Haus ist ein Altbau im Frankenberger Viertel, einem der schönsten und lebendigsten Stadtteile Aachens.
Die fünf Stockwerke sind wie folgt aufgeteilt. Das Erdgeschoss bietet mit seiner großen Wohnküche den idealen Treffpunkt und bildet so das Zentrum unseres WG-Lebens - natürlich mit Spülmaschine ;) Im Keller befinden sich ein Party und Proberaum. Im zweiten Kellerraum ist ein Waschraum mit zwei Waschmaschinen. Die restlichen Stockwerke bestehen aus den Zimmern, drei Bädern und separaten Toiletten. Das Haus "endet" mit dem Highlight - der grünen Dachterasse mit Sitzecke und Grillplatz :)
Beautiful room in Aachen in our shared house with full furniture.
We are 14 people from all over the world and share a complete house as a flat share. The house is an old building in the Frankenberger Viertel, one of the most beautiful and lively districts of Aachen.
The five floors are divided as follows. The ground floor, with its large eat-in kitchen, is the ideal meeting point and thus forms the centre of our shared life - of course with dishwasher ;) In the basement there is a party room. In the second cellar room is a laundry room with two washing machines. The remaining floors consist of the rooms, three bathrooms and separate toilets. The house "ends" with the highlight - the green roof terrace with sitting area and barbecue :)
Das Frankenberger Viertel bietet mehrere Supermärkte, einen schönen Park, Eisdielen, Cafes, Bäcker, usw., welche alle in fußläufiger Entfernung liegen.
Die Bushaltestelle (Viktoriaallee, Richtung Universität, Innenstadt, Campus Melaten und Uniklinikum.) der Linien 33 +"7er" ist 30m direkt um die Ecke. Zusätzlich sind die Haltestelle Josefskirche und der Bahnhof Rothe Erde in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell in der Innenstadt, der FH und an der Uni. Zum Innestadtcampus sinds mit dem Rad ca. 10 Minuten.
Außerdem ist für alle Outdoorfans der Aachener Wald in unmittelbarer Nähe.
The Frankenberger district offers supermarkets a big and beautiful park, ice-shops, cafeterias, bakeries etc... each one reachable by feet in less than 5 minutes.
The bus stops (one directly near the house, another one reachable in 1 minute by feet) provides bus service
which brings you directly to the main universities facilities like Campus Melaten, Uniklinikum, Super C etc... plus in 10 minutes walking distance there is the train station Rothe-Erde.
It is possible averagely to reach the university by bike in 10 minutes. The Aachen's forest is directly placed near the house.
Wir sind eine gute Mischung aus verschiedenen Altersgruppen und Nationalitäten, wo man immer jemanden zum Quatschen, Kochen, Sportmachen, Rausgehen... findet ;) Das heißt, wenn du Lust drauf hast neue Leute kennen zu lernen und gerne mit anderen zusammenlebst, würden wir Dich gerne kennenlernen.
We're a great mix of people with different ages and nationalities, with whom you always can have a nice talk, cook together, make sport and have some fun also outside the house ;) If you would like to know, meet and live with new people; well this is the place! At the same time, you can of course have all your peace and privacy in your room.
Da viele von weiter weg suchen möchten wir euch die Suche etwas vereinfachen und freuen uns nicht nur auf Besuch sondern auch aufs Skypen.
