The WG is located in a private house located in the courtyard of a multi-family house.
Despite the proximity to the city centre, you live in a very quiet atmosphere.

Due to the very good bus connection (2 min to the Victorian allee; 4 min to the Josefskirche) is fast in the university or the city centre.
The lines 7, 27, 37, 22, 12, 33, 73, 47 go directly to the university. The lines 33 and 73 even go to the campus melatas. It is also not far to the Rothe Erde station (10 minutes walk).

In the Frankenberger district there are some shopping, bakeries and cafes.
A new really beautiful Rewe, a DM, a bakery and a pharmacy are not 5 minutes away.

Die WG befindet sich in einem eigenen Haus, das im Innenhof eines Mehrfamilienhauses gelegen ist.
Trotz der Nähe zur Innenstadt wohnt man so in einer sehr ruhigen Atmosphäre.

Aufgrund der sehr guten Busanbindung (2 min bis zur Viktoriaallee; 4 min bis zur Josefskirche) ist man schnell in der Uni oder der Innenstadt.
Die Linien 7, 27, 37, 22, 12, 33, 73, 47 fahren direkt zur Uni. Dabei fahren die Linien 33 und 73 sogar bis zum Campus Melaten. Zum Bahnhof Rothe Erde ist es ebenfalls nicht weit (zu Fuß 10 Minuten).

Im Frankenberger Viertel befinden sich einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäckereien und Cafes.
Ein neuer richtig schöner Rewe, ein DM, eine Bäckerei und eine Apotheke sind keine 5 Minuten entfernt.
Nebenan befindet sich ein kleiner Park. Hinzu kommen viele Möglichkeiten um im Sommer bspw. Basketball oder Fußball zu spielen.

Your future roommates are Hannes, John and Johanna. We have met in part through a football club and share all football as a common hobby.
We are all three students, with John in the Master and Johanna and Hannes in the Bachelor.
The dartboard in the living room is very much used and often, even if friends of us come to visit. We also have a wide range of games, many streaming providers, a Nintendo switch and a PS4.
Each of us cooks daily and you can always like to cook together.
You can also invite friends, our living room / garden is large enough and is perfect for this.
On the weekend and even if it is offered during the week, football or other sports events zsm is like to watch in the WG. From time to time, series / films are also watched together or board games are played.
There are both on the ground floor and in the 1st In the morning there is no traffic jam.
The barbecue on the terrace, as well as the garden facilities are always at your disposal.
The caretaker takes care of winter services, the removal of the garbage bins and the cleaning of the house hall.
We have two bathrooms, a storage room, a front garden, a garden, a living room, a kitchen, bicycle pitches and a basement.

Our garden is a very popular meeting place in the summer and needs a little care. If you have a green thumb you can make yourself there!

Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Hannes, Johannes und Johanna. Wir haben uns teilweise über einen Fußballverein kennen gelernt und teilen alle Fußball als gemeinsames Hobby.
Wir sind alles drei Studenten, wobei Johannes im Master und Johanna und Hannes im Bachelor sind.
Die Dartscheibe im Wohnzimmer wird sehr gerne und häufig genutzt, auch wenn Freunde von uns zu Besuch kommen. Hinzu verfügen wir ebenfalls über eine breite Spielesammlung, viele Streaminganbieter, eine Nintendo Switch und eine PS4.
Jeder von uns kocht täglich und man kann auch immer gerne zusammen etwas kochen.
Du kannst auch gerne Freunde einladen, unser Wohnzimmer/Garten ist groß genug und eignet sich dafür perfekt.
Am Wochenende und auch wenn es sich unter der Woche anbietet wird gerne Fußball oder andere Sportevents zsm in der WG geguckt. Ab und zu werden auch Serien/ Filme zusammen geguckt oder Brettspiele gespielt.
Es gibt sowohl im Erdgeschoss als auch in der 1. Etage ein Badezimmer, sodass es morgens keinen Stau gibt .
Der Grill auf der Terrasse, sowie die Garteneinrichtung stehen dir immer zur Verfügung.
Winterdienste, das Rausstellen der Mülleimer und die Reinigung des Hausflurs übernimmt der Hausmeister.
Uns stehen zwei Badezimmer, ein Abstellraum, ein Vorgarten, ein Garten, ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche, Fahrradstellplätze und ein Kellerabteil zur Verfügung.

Unser Garten ist im Sommer ein sehr beliebter Treffpunkt und braucht immer mal wieder etwas Pflege. Wenn du einen grünen Daumen hast kannst du dich dort gerne verwirklichen!
