Your room is the 19 sqm largest room with a large window front with south orientation in the quiet courtyard. The room would be furnished for the time. The apartment includes a hallway with beamer and canvas for joint film evenings. There is also a kitchen with a cozy seating area and a small balcony with south orientation, on which you can enjoy the sun to the apartment. Adjacent to the hallway are the bathroom with washing machine and dryer as well as a separate toilet.

The apartment is located in the middle of downtown. The cathedral, the town hall and the Pontstraße are within walking distance, with its many bars, pubs and restaurants. All necessary shopping facilities such as Rewe, net, etc. are easily accessible on foot. Many university institutes as well as the Super C can be reached by bike or by foot in a few minutes. The bus stop Minoritenstraße is 50 metres from the apartment. From there buses go to all possible parts of the city in a 15 minute cycle.

I (Jonas, 23) will spend half a year in the USA this year from March and would therefore like to rent out my beautiful room. Your future roommates would be Felix (23, chemistry student) and Andre (24, computer science student). Both are currently studying at the Master and Felix and I have already moved to this WG at the beginning of their studies. Andre has grown after about 2 1/2 years and has once again improved the WG life. The WG life is very friendly and the two are happy to do something together like cooking in the kitchen or pub visits where you are invited to join. Of course, you can just move back to your room. The two are very open and happy to meet new people.

Internet costs currently amount to €15.50 per month per person and we share outside the rent. This contribution is the other costs. There is also a rent of 450€.
