From 01.02.2025 a beautiful bright WG room is available. The room has about 16sqm, laminate floor and a small closet. The windows are located to the south side in the quiet courtyard.
The room is partially furnished (bed, desk, dresser and Kallaxregal). The impact on this can still be negotiated.
In the bathroom with shower there is a washing machine that can be used. The toilet is in a seperate room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all major electric appliances such as stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave etc. and offers enough space to socialize.
The apartment is located directly on the border between the Frankenberger quarter and Rothe Erde. The city centre is less than 2km away and is therefore easily accessible on foot. Just outside the door, several bus lines depart, so you never have to wait for more than 5min for the next bus to downtown. You need about 15min.
Rewe and net are accessible by feet. Bakeries, kiosks and snacks are right outside the door. Opposite there is a swimming pool and the next gym is less than 1km away.
Your future roommate Florian is 27 years old and studies aviation technology at the RWTH Aachen University. If he doesn't sit in a lecture, he works as Hiwi at an institute of the university. In his spare time, Flo enjoys sports. He also started university sports this semester and goes back and forth with friends boulders. He definitely can't deny his faible for music, because he likes to play guitar and listens to music at the latest when cooking in the kitchen.
In total, Flo is a very open-minded and business-loving person who has the pleasure of an active WG life. This may include regular cooking evenings, conversations with a common coffee or other activities. Nevertheless, a good mix of privacy and joint activities is important to him. If you want an active WG life, you feel that you have similar interests and that both consideration and cleanliness are part of a good living together, he would be happy to meet you :)
