my old roommate has moved with his girlfriend. That's why I'm looking for a new roommate.
Your new room is about 12 square meters tall and beautifully bright thanks to the large window. The room will be handed over unfurnished, the closet on the pictures will also come out. The total apartment is 72sqm and has a private living room and a balcony in addition to our two rooms, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped except for small items (incl. dishwasher).
The apartment is located in the 3rd floor of a multi-family house. In the house there are 8 apartments, of which we are the only WG.
The apartment is very well located in the Frankenberger district. The Frankenberger Park and the Burtscheider Kurpark are right around the corner. There is a whole range of beautiful cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance.
By bike you are at the Elisenbrunnen in 6 minutes. The nearest bus stops (Schlossstraße and Rosenquelle) are just a 3-minute walk away. On foot you can also walk at the Hbf in 10 minutes.
You'll live with me, Roman. I'm 28 years old and I'm studying electrical engineering at the master's office at FH. I hope to start my master thesis in the summer semester. By the way, I still work as HiWi. Aside from that, I spend a lot of time at the table tennis. I'm also a youth coach.
I have lived in WGs for several years (always 2 WGs, both with men and women). That's why I think it would be nice if you already had some WG experience. That's not a must for me. From this experience it is important to me that you can talk about emerging problems openly and directly to solve them.
