Die Wohnung befindet sich im beliebtesten innerstädtischen Viertel: Frankenberger Viertel mit guter Anbindung zur Innenstadt, Burtscheid und zum Hauptbahnhof. Das Viertel verfügt über viele nette Gaststätten und schönen Örtlichkeiten, die zum Verweilen einladen: Parks und eine Burg, in der im Sommer Theateraufführungen stattfinden. Beim Spazieren in diesem Viertel merkt man, dass hier ein netter Flair mit netten Menschen herrscht. Das Viertel ist sehr beliebt bei Menschen, die sich für schöne Architektur, Kultur und für das entspannte Miteinander interessieren.

Die Infrastruktur ist hervorragend und somit auch die Anbindung zu allen Hochschulen der Stadt: E-Scooter gibt es an jeder Ecke. Bushaltestellen und die Möglichkeit von Car-Sharing sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Bahnhof ist nur 1 km entfernt - ca. 3-4 min mit dem Scooter oder einfach ein Spaziergang entfernt.
Natürlich sind viele Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The apartment is situated in the most popular quarter of Aachen: Frankenberger Viertel. AND you can quick and easily get to all the universities and institutes from here.
This quarter with its parks, the little charming castle, beautiful old houses in Art Nouveau style, pubs and restaurants make you feel very welcome and invites you to relax from hard work. You will meet a lot of students, academics and people who are interested in architecture, coming together and culture (In summer the castle is home to theatre plays.)
A supermarket and many shops, bakeries and an excellent ice cream parlour are also very close.

The infrastructure is perfect: You can find e-scooters everywhere (just rent them for little money via App). There are bus stops so you can get easily to every corner of the town. 2 minutes away there is a car sharing possibility.
The main train station is only a 1 km walk away or just take a scooter.

Aachen ist eine sehr internationale Stadt und wir die Menschen in dieser Wohnung werden auch aus allen Ländern kommen. Toleranz in allen Lebensbereichen ist darum sehr wichtig. Insgesamt solltest du natürlich alles sehr sauber halten und auch Verantwortung für die gemeinsame Wohnung übernehmen. Umweltfreundlichkeit ist uns sehr wichtig und wir hoffen, dass das bei den Mitbewohnern genauso ist. Es sollte kein Strom verschwendet werden und die Heizung nicht die ganze Zeit auf höchster Stufe laufen. Also eigentlich nur normales verantwortungsbewusstes Zusammenleben wird erwartet. Es wäre schön, wenn z.B. die Terrasse dazu dient, dass wir gemeinsam nette Stunden verbringen.

Aachen is a very international city and we, the people in this apartment, will also come from all countries. Tolerance in all areas of life is therefore very important. Overall, you should of course keep everything very clean and also take responsibility for the shared apartment. Eco-friendliness is very important to us and we hope that the same is true for our roommates. No electricity should be wasted and the heating should not run at the highest level all the time. Actually, only normal, responsible coexistence is expected. It would be nice if, for example, the terrace could be used to spend nice hours together.

Wir haben nicht alle Kosten oben aufgeführt, damit die Preise für dich besser vergleichbar sind. Diese Wohnung beinhaltet nämlich auch kosten, die bei anderen Wohnungen noch für deutlich höhere Kosten sorgen, die aber sehr oft nicht im Vorfeld genannt werden (weil das nicht vorgeschrieben ist) oder es wird gesagt, dass die Mieter selbst Verträge mit den Versorgern abschließen müssen.

WICHTIG FÜR DICH: Die Heizkosten sind pauschal beinhaltet. Sie sind fix und du musst nicht mit einer Nachberechnung von 500 bis 1000 € pro Wohnung rechnen.

Folgende Kosten kommen noch auf dich zu:

- Highspeed Internet Anschluss bis in die Wohnung. Evtl. müsst du selbst noch Verstärker verwenden.
- freie Nutzung von Waschmaschine und Trockner (Das allein kostet sonst ca. 30,- € Monat im Waschsalon)
- Reinigung des Treppenhauses (Du brauchst dich nicht darum zu kümmern.)

Deine Gesamtkosten belaufen sich also auf 485,- € fix.
Es muss lediglich noch die Rundfunkgebühr bezahlt werden, was über die Mieterschaft direkt läuft und mit mir nichts zu tun hat. Die ca. 18,- € pro Monat teilen sich alle in der Wohnung.
