Das Zimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss mit zwei großen Fenstern und genug Platz, um sich wohlzufühlen. Das Zimmer vermiete ich mit meinen Möbeln, einem großen Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank, Kommode und auch einem Sofa. Das Badezimmer wirst du dir mit zwei Mitbewohnern teilen. Schau dir gerne dazu die Bilder an :)
Möchtest du dich einmal nicht in deinem Zimmer oder in der Küche aufhalten, lädt der große Garten vor oder hinter dem Haus förmlich zum Grillen und Sonnen ein. Sollte das Wetter mal nicht so toll sein, kann man es sich in unserem großen Wohnzimmer vor dem Kamin bequem machen.

The room is on the first floor with two big windows and enough space to feel comfortable. I am renting the room with my furniture, a large bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a sofa. You will share the bathroom with two roommates. Have a look at the pictures :)
f you don´t want to stay only in the kitchen or your room, then our garden behind and in front of the house invites you to take a chill in the sun or to have a barbeque. And if the weather is not good enough for that, you can relax in our big living room in front of the fire place.
Von unserer WG in Laurensberg aus gibt zahlreiche Linien, die zum Ponttor oder auch Bushof fahren (27, 37, 47, 44, 24 und 7). Hier wartet man in der Regel nur ein paar Minuten auf den Bus. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und schick, mit netten Einfamilienhäusern und viel Grün. Dazu ist die Wohnlage sehr ruhig. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es kaum 10 min zum Ponttor. Edeka und Nobis sind um die Ecke und auch Lidl und Aldi sind mit dem Rad nicht weit.

From our home in Laurensberg, there are numerous lines that go to Ponttor or Bushof (27, 37, 47, 44, 24 and 7). You usually only have to wait a few minutes for the bus. The neighbourhood is very nice and calm, with family homes and lots of green space. It's also very quiet. It's 10 minutes by bike to Ponttor. Edeka and Nobis are just round the corner and Lidl and Aldi are also not far away by bike.
Wir sind eine 8er WG, verteilt auf drei Etagen - mit Garten, zwei Terassen, einem Balkon, zwei Küchen, einem großem Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und Beamer. In unser WG herrscht ein nettes Miteinander.
Gerne schauen wir Abends zusammen einen Film oder spielen ein Gesellschaftsspiel. Oft machen wir auch die Feuerschale (oder im Winter den Kamin) an und trinken gemeinsam ein Bier oder ein Glas Wein zusammen.
Außerdem findet sich bei uns immer jemand für einen Kaffee oder Tee!

We are a group of eight people spread over three floors - with a garden, two terraces, a balcony, two kitchens, a big living room with a fire place and a projecter.
We love watching movies in our living room or playing card games together. We also love to use our fire place in the living room or outside sit together and have beer or glas of wine. Besides you will always find someone for a coffee or tea.
Wir haben drei Waschmaschinen, einen Trockner und einen Trockenraum, hier drum musst du dir keine Sorgen machen.
Zum Abschluss noch zwei sehr WICHTIGE Dinge:
1. Für Afd-Wähler, Homophobe, Sexisten, Rassiten usw haben wir kein Zimmer frei!
