Hallo, ich bin Anica, 22 Jahre alt und studiere Biotechnologie an der RWTH.
Ich suche zum 01.04.25 ein neues WG-Zimmer bis maximal 380€ Gesamtmiete (Elternbürgschaft).
Von der Lage fänd ich irgendwas grob in West gut, bin da aber grundsätzlich flexibel. Ich würd gern mit dem Fahrrad in so max. 20 Minuten zu den Unigebäuden kommen. Ich geh hobbymäßig gerne laufen (und Motorrad fahren), bin gern mit Freunden/Familie draußen unterwegs, also wäre Natur in laufbarer Nähe auch sehr gut.
Was das Zusammenleben angeht bin ich recht unkompliziert, unterhalte mich gerne, brauche aber auch ab und zu Ruhe. Wichtig wäre mir, dass das WG-Zimmer nicht super hellhörig ist und eine gewisse Sauberkeit in den gemeinsam genutzten Räumen, also Bad/Küche, gepflegt wird.
