I'm an exchange student from South korea to rwth. I'm finding a place to stay from 01.03~01.10

Hallo,

mein Name ist Seungmin Paik, ich bin 22 Jahre alt und studiere Maschinenbau in Südkorea. Im Sommersemester 2025 werde ich als Austauschstudent an der RWTH Aachen studieren. Ich habe bereits meine Immatrikulationsbescheinigung und einen finanziellen Nachweis, sodass ich rechtlich problemlos in Deutschland wohnen kann.

Da ich leider keinen Platz im Wohnheim bekommen habe, bin ich nun auf der Suche nach einem gemütlichen WG-Zimmer für den Zeitraum vom 5. März bis zum 1. Oktober – und ich bin sicher, dass ich der perfekte Mitbewohner für euch bin!

Warum ich die beste Wahl bin:
Sauberkeit & Ordnung: Ich halte gemeinschaftliche Bereiche immer sauber und ordentlich, damit sich jeder wohlfühlen kann.

Gesellig & Rücksichtsvoll: Ich liebe es, Zeit mit meinen Mitbewohnern zu verbringen, sei es bei einem gemeinsamen Abendessen, Spieleabenden oder einfach bei einer Tasse Kaffee. Gleichzeitig respektiere ich die Privatsphäre und Bedürfnisse meiner Mitbewohner.

Aktiv & Aufgeschlossen: In meiner Freizeit spiele ich gerne Badminton und Tischtennis und bin immer offen für gemeinsame Sportaktivitäten oder Unternehmungen. Außerdem reise ich gerne und entdecke neue Orte – vielleicht könnten wir sogar zusammen kleine Ausflüge machen!

Verantwortungsbewusst: Als jemand, der sich bereits für ein Masterstudium beworben hat, weiß ich, wie wichtig Verlässlichkeit und Organisation sind.
