RWTH Student looking for WG

Ich bin Akshit Gupta und würde im Juli 23 Jahre alt. Ich bin zum M.Sc. Ich studiere Robotic System Engineering an der RWTH und würde mein Studium ab dem WiSe 2022 beginnen. Als internationale Studentin aus Indien möchte ich neue Leute kennenlernen und mich mit Menschen aus verschiedenen Kulturen anfreunden. Ich bin ziemlich offen und freundlich und würde gerne mit Mitbewohnern chillen, indem ich Treffen und Abende mache. Ich mag Videospiele sehr und würde jeden gerne zu Gaming-Sessions begleiten.
Ich möchte auch ein paar Punkte klarstellen:
Erstens benötige ich als internationaler Student eine Aufenthaltserlaubnis, also eine Wohnungsgeberbestätigung.
Zweitens: Da mein erstes Semester im Oktober 2022 beginnen würde, plane ich, im September in Aachen anzukommen.
Drittens: Da ich physisch nicht in Aachen bin, könnte mein Freund die Wohnung besuchen, um sich das Haus anzusehen?

I am Akshit Gupta and would be 23 years old in July. I am admitted to M.Sc. Robotic System Engineering Student at RWTH and would be beginning my studies from WiSe 2022. As an International Student from India, I am looking to meet new people and be friends with people from different cultures. I am quite open and friendly and would like to chill with flatmates by having get-togethers and night-outs. I am quite fond of video games and would gladly accompany anyone for gaming sessions.
I would also like to clarify a few points:
Firstly, As an Internation Student I would be requiring a residence permit, thus would be needing a Proof of Residence Certificate (Wohnunggeberbestätigung).
Secondly, As my first semester would begin in October 2022, I plan on arriving in Aachen in September.
Thirdly, As I am not physically in Aachen, could my friend visit the apartment to have a look at the house?
