The apartment has a total of 4 rooms, of which 3 are used as a bedroom and one as a workroom. Mine is on the sunny side, which is super cozy in winter.

The apartment is 10 minutes walk from the Hbf. The nearest bus line can be reached directly on the other side of the road within a minute.
Rewe and Lidl are within 2 minutes walking distance.
If you like a bit of nature, the Hangeweiher and the Burtscheider Park are each 10 - 15 minutes away.
There are also many nice cafés and restaurants in Burtscheid. In the city centre you can walk within 15 minutes. Some buildings of the University of Applied Sciences are located within a radius of one kilometre.

I 23 and Zack 28 move from Cologne.
Emre 27 stays in the apartment and finishes his master.

Over time, we have grown into a narrow "family" and spent a lot of time together, especially when cooking together and talking. Despite these similarities, we also appreciate our individual time and move back to our rooms.

The interpersonal harmony will ultimately emerge in a personal interview.
