Hello!
We are looking for a new roommate for a super room in a central Aachen old building.
As I am currently the main tenant, we are looking for someone who has a perspective of over a year in Aachen and can take over the main rental. More about this in the "WG Living" section.
The free room consists of two rooms connected to a passage. The spatial separation is quite brilliant and creates a small apartment in the apartment. Just like in the rest of the apartment, there are wooden planks, with three large windows, both rooms are very bright. Since your new room is located to the back of the courtyard, it is also quiet. There is a large PAX cabinet in the room, which is to be taken over.
The apartment has a very cozy kitchen with everything you need including a dishwasher! If you like to cook, you can use our 1,000 pots, pans and spices here. In the kitchen we sit together, eat for food and talk :)
Bathroom and toilet are separated so that we usually don't get in the way, even with five people. In the bathroom is also our washing machine and in the hall there is room for clothes.
The location could not be better: situated in the centre of Aachen and still very quiet in a side street (one-way street). The connection to the ÖPNV in all directions is very good due to the proximity to the central Bushof and Hansemannplatz. Direction Markt/Dom, Central Campus and shopping (REWE, net) it is not far and the main railway station is also reachable in 18 minutes on foot. Anyone who has to go to campus Melaten can jump to the bus. You can put your bike in the hallway. It is warm and safe;)
In unserer WG leben derzeit Alina, Leo, Kathi und Johannes:
• Alina macht eine Ausbildung zur Erzieherin. Am Wochenende liebt sie es, feiern zu gehen oder den Sonntag mit einem ausgedehnten Frühstück zu genießen.
• Johannes ist seit einem Jahr berufstätig, schätzt aber weiterhin die Geselligkeit der WG. Ob gemeinsames Kochen, Abendbrot essen, Unternehmungen oder einfach dumm abhängen – all das gehört zu seinen Lieblingsaktivitäten.
• Leo hat sein Studium kürzlich abgeschlossen und ist der Hobby-Gourmet der WG. Mit seiner Leidenschaft fürs Kochen überrascht er uns regelmäßig mit kreativen Gerichten und sorgt mit seiner offenen Art für gute Unterhaltung – mit ihm wird es nie langweilig!
• Kathi ist seit vier Monaten berufstätig, wird uns aber im Januar verlassen.
Unsere WG soll auch in Zukunft eine Studenten-WG bleiben. Da es möglich ist, dass in den nächsten Monaten noch der ein oder andere Mitbewohner wechselt, hast du die Gelegenheit, die WG nach und nach nach deinen Vorstellungen mitzugestalten.
Wichtig: Alina plant, langfristig in Aachen zu bleiben, möchte aber nicht die Hauptmiete übernehmen. Deshalb suchen wir jemanden, der die Hauptmiete für die WG übernehmen kann und sich dieser Verantwortung gewachsen fühlt.
Wir legen großen Wert auf eine lebendige und gesellige Atmosphäre. Gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen – sei es beim Essen, Reden oder Relaxen – ist uns wichtig. Daher suchen wir jemanden, der genauso Lust auf ein echtes WG-Leben hat und keine reine Zweck-WG möchte.
