I offer my room for rent. The room has an area of about 12 m2 (floor area) and has an empire on which the bed stands. In addition, there is a small washing corner with mirror and a large window with a great view over all over Aachen.
Bathrooms (toilets and showers) are shared with 15 people but cleaned daily by a cleaning woman. The kitchen is huge and has a good basic equipment (pots pans cutlery etc.)

The residence is located in the Niceallee and can accommodate 50 students from all over the world. You should be open and tolerant to all cultures, religions and sexualities.

Ich biete hier mein Zimmer zur Untermiete an. Das Zimmer hat eine Fläche von ca. 12 m² (Bodenfläche) und verfügt über eine Empore, auf der das Bett steht. Zudem gibt es eine kleine Waschecke mit Spiegel und ein großes Fenster mit einem tollen Blick über ganz Aachen.
Badezimmer (Toiletten und Duschen ) werden sich mit 15 Leuten geteilt aber täglich von einer Putzfrau gereinigt. Die Küche ist riesig und verfügt über eine gute Grundausstattung (Töpfe Pfannen Besteck etc.)

Zum Haus:
Das Wohnheim befindet sich in der Nizzaallee und bietet Platz für 50 Studenten aus aller Welt. Du solltest offen und tolerant gegenüber allen Kulturen, Religionen und Sexualitäten sein.
Auf der Etage wohnen ca. 15 Studis die sich gerne unterhalten und auch mal Kochabende verantstalten.
Die Mage ist Optimal : 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Carl. 10Minuten zur Post und zum Supermarkt.
Der Garten ist sehr groß und man steht in 3 Minuten zu Fuß Mitten im Wald (Lousberg)
Haustierhaltung ist leider nicht erlaubt.

Zeitraum der Vermietung:
12.04.2025 bis 10.06.2025 (eine Verlängerung um eine Woche ist auf Anfrage möglich).
