We are Marie, Philipp, Eva, Jan, Femke, Joshua and Anni and together we have in a WG on the edge of the Frankenberger quarter, walking to the animal park. Our house has a large terrace next to a very large garden directly adjacent to a horse (and sometimes cow) meadow. In the garden we have many beds that offer space for plants and gardeners. A greenhouse and some high beds are also available. In the back part of the garden there is an outdoor barbecue area and 2 hammocks can be found between the trees. In the summer we build pool and trampoline.
Our house also has a large cozy living room that invites you to dinner together, chat, play, learn and series.
We have a total of 3 floors. On each floor there is a common bathroom, on the ground floor also a guest toilet. There are also 2 kitchens for a total of 7 roommates. (we are 8. Femke has its own kitchen and bathroom.
In the basement floor, the workshop can also be worked in bad weather. In summer, however, most are more busy on the terrace and in the garage.
By bike you are in 5 minutes at the Frankenberger Quarter with bakeries, organic market and rewe, as well as small restaurants, bars, snacks, ice cream cafés and a small park. It is 15 minutes by bike to the city centre. Back more good 20, as it goes uphill.
The bus leaves the city centre in 8 minutes and requires a maximum of 15 minutes to the Bushof. The stop is called Adenauerallee.
You can reach the FH in about 15min by bike.
We are a very balanced WG. We enjoy doing something together. But everyone goes after things.
Marie will soon adopt a kitten from the animal shelter. She will take care of her, but of course she will move freely in the house. So it would be good if you had a good time with this roommate!
1 X a month there is a WG session where we discuss organizing.
