im Moment sind wir ausgebucht, haben aber mehrere Häuser wo immer etwas frei wird, mal früher, mal etwas später. Online Besichtigungen finden nicht statt, da die Studenten ihre/n neue/n Mitbewohner auch persöhnlich kennen lernen möchten.

Alle App's sind in der Roermonderstraße 4, am PONTTOR an der Studentenmeile, 50 m zur MENSA, 150 m zum UNI HAUPTGEBÄUDE !!!

Das Haus befindet sich in absoluter TOP LAGE , zentral und ruhig nach hinten zum Lousberg gelegen, nur Studenten im Haus. Putzfrau, Fahrradkeller, Trockner, Waschmaschine, alles da, Bad, Diele, Balkon, Küche (voll eingerichtet), Gäste WC.

Weiter haben wir in der in der Ottostraße 42 in Aachen- City, 250 m zur Uni RWTH und 200 m zur FH,
weitere TOP App, leider ist z:Zt. alles belegt.

Hey,
at the moment we are fully booked, but we have several houses where something is always available, sometimes earlier, sometimes a little later. Online viewings are not taking place, as the students also want to get to know their new roommate in person.

The house is in an absolutely TOP LOCATION, centrally and quietly located at the back of Lousberg, only students in the house. Cleaning lady, bicycle cellar, dryer, washing machine, everything there, bathroom, hallway, balcony, kitchen (fully equipped), guest toilet.

We also have another TOP app at Ottostrasse 42 in Aachen-City, 250 m to the RWTH University and 200 m to the FH,
unfortunately everything is currently occupied.
