The rooms are 17 m2 and furnished with allergy-low materials. In the kitchen, all necessary equipment is available for cooking (important in Belgium) including kitchen towels, cleaning products, toilet paper and official refuse sacks.
In every room of the building is a fire-alarm connected by smoke sensors.
The rail way station is on 1.7 km, the metro at 0.5 km and bus at 0.3 km.
In front of the building is the beautyfull Brilschanspark.
Student rooms for rent. Near railway station Berchem (1,7 km), bus 300 m, tram number 7 and 15 on 500m, Supermarket Carrefour, Delhaize and Aldi on walking distance, friture, bakery, restaurants, sport facilities (football, tennis, athletics, ...) and in front of quiet Brilschans park! In the street there's free parking.
Mix of students (Universiteit Antwerpen, Karel de Grote Hogeschool, Thomas Moor campussen) or trainees/stagiairs (hotels, hospitals, laboratoria, Zoo, City Link offices, ...). This allergy-low student room can't be use as an official address, only as a 2nd living place. Why? Because for a official address, the renting contracts starts from minimum 1, 2 or 3 years.
