We have lots of humour. We both work and are looking for a flatmate in a beautiful, cosy and a tastefully decorated house with high standards. The room is in the first floor and can either be rented with some furniture or without. Dining area and kitchen are of course available for all flatmates. The bathroom is in the ground floor. There is also a big garden that can be used. We have a dog.

The station is in 100m walking distance and the train reaches Ostbahnhof in 20 minutes and Hauptbahnhof Munich in 30 minutes. In the other direction the train goes to Rosenheim and Salzburg. Supermarket, bank, dorctors, pharmacy, post office, stationary shop, community hall are in walking distance. Chiemsee is very close!
