Offered room is in private corner of the apartment, has big built-in closet, A/C, nightstand, small lamp and king size bed. And also balcony (to the quiet side of the apartment). In common share would be big living room(Blacony to the main street), kitchen and bathroom. There's also A/C in living room. Good WIFI connection all over the apartment.
Location of the apartment is the best feature: You step out of the building and right in front of the door is trolleybus-stop (No. 5), 3 minutes walk away is other bus/trolley station (Bus 040 and trolley 1), 5min walk away is tram station which takes you to the beach within 15min :)
At the moment i'm living here alone, but preferably would share the place with one person. Lifestyle for me from Monday to Friday is: wake up at 7AM, leave the house at 8AM and be back home at 6PM. On weekends i have no schedule, but i like to go hiking around Athens and to see different places, if u want you could join :)
Since it would be Your home, i have to mention that you are allowed to have guests over, i don't mind at all :)
The rent is paid every month on 4th (or if your payday is later, we can adjust) and electricity bill comes every two months (Week ago i did new and cheaper contract). !!Please contact me daily from 5PM until 9AM!!
