Die beiden Zimmer haben 11 + 8,5 qm, sind hell (nordwest/nord) und haben einen Laminatboden. Sie liegen im ersten Stock des Hauses.
Das alleinstehende Haus in einer kleinen Siedlung nahe Penzberg liegt im wunderschönen Voralpenland mit Blick auf die Benediktenwand, einem der Münchner Hausberge. Eine ideale Gegend für Sportler und Naturfreunde. Das Südende des Starnberger Sees ist nur 15 Autominuten entfernt. Über die A95 ist München in 30 Minuten erreichbar.
Momentan wohne ich noch alleine in dem Einfamilienhaus mit Garten. Ich wünsche mir am liebsten eine*n Mitbewohner*in, der*die Freude hat an Austausch, gemeinsamen Kochen, Musik machen, vielleicht auch zusammen sporteln (joggen, inlinern, mountainbiken, klettern). Ich bin offen, neugierig, gesellig, lebenslustig, humorvoll und liebe tiefe Gespräche.
Ein Auto ist erforderlich, da die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nicht gut ist. Es ist ein Carport vorhanden. Wenn der*die Mieter*in Freude am Musizieren und der Pflege des Gartens hat, ist das ein Plus.
