Es wird ein ca 30 Quadratmeter großes Zimmer vermietet (ab 1.2.2025) und ein etwas kleineres mit 12 Quadratmeter . Das Haus an sich ist ein Altbau. Zusätzlich zu den Zimmern gibt es eine Speisekammer/Abstellraum, Kellerabtei für Fahrräder anteilig dazu. Die Zimmer sind möbliert, nach Absprache können auch noch Wünsche geäußert werden. Küche und Bad siehe Bilder.
Falls Interesse besteht einfach per WhatsApp
Die Wohnung liegt im 3ten OG. Sie ist Zentrumsnahe. Bis zum Bahnhof sind es 5 Gehminuten, ebenso in die Innenstadt von Bad Mergentheim. Einkaufsmöglichkeit sind ca. 100 Meter entfernt, sodass das alltägliche einfach auf den Rückweg zur Wohnung besorgt werden kann. Ebenso kurz entfernt ist auch das örtliche Krankenhaus. Ansonsten einfach mal bei Google reinschauen ob die Lage in Frage kommt.
Wir sind eine Nette WG, es gibt ein paar Regeln und Aufgaben die das Zusammenleben erforderlich machen aber ansonsten ein lockerer Umgang
