Da unsere Mitbewohnerin ende März ausziehen wird, suchen wir eine offene und umgängliche Person ab 25 Jahren, ab April oder Mai.
Es ist einr 8.5 Zimmer Wohnung und besteht aus einem grossen Wohnzimmer, Küche, Arbeitszimmer, Wohnzimmer, Wintergarten, 2 Badezimmer, 5 Schlafzimmer und einem Garten. Zusätzlich steht ein Keller- sowie Dachbodenabteil zur Verfügung

Since our roommate will be moving out at the end of March, we are looking for an open and sociable person aged from 25years, from April or May on.
It is a 8.5 room apartment and consists of a large living room, kitchen, study, winter garden, 2 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, and a garden. Additionally, there is a basement and attic storage available.

Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuss in 15 min. Die Wohnung befindet sich 5 min. von der Altstadt entfernt und in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, in Baden. Gleich neben an befinden sich die Limmat sowie der Wald. Die Wohnung ist im 2 & 3 Stockwerke.

The train station is a 15-minute walk away. The apartment is located 5 minutes from the old town and in a quiet residential area in Baden. Right next door are the Limmat River and the forest. The apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

Wir; Justus (Servicetechniker, 27j.), Amanda (Ingenieurein 26j.) und Patrick (HR, 30j.); suchen ab April/Mai oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in für unsere 5er WG in einer 8,5 Zimmer-Wohnung in Baden. Wir sind alle sportlich, locker und ordnungsliebend - unter anderem sind wir auch englisch sprechend. Mit uns kann man wandern, schwimmen, baden (in der Limmat), kochen, Spiele spielen oder einfach abhängen, daher ist ein wenig Geselligkeit gern gesehen.

We are all sporty, relaxed, and tidy. You can hike, swim, bathe (in the Limmat), cook, play games, or just hang out with us, so a little socializing is welcome.
