🇩🇪 Dein neues Zimmer ist etwa 16 m² groß und verfügt über ein Bett, einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und ein Regal (abweichend von der Ausstattung auf den Bildern, da noch vom Vorgänger), sofern du noch Möbel brauchst. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll gepflegt und modernisiert worden. Sie liegt im 1. OG und hat insgesamt 4 Zimmer auf 98 m². Dein Fahrrad kann in der Scheune im Hinterhof abgestellt werden.
Das Bad und die Toilette sind voneinander getrennt. Die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Kochutensilien ausgestattet, inklusive einer Spülmaschine. Eine eigene Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Alle zusätzlichen Kosten, wie Strom, Internet und Hausnebenkosten, sind bereits in den Gesamtkosten von 525€/Monat enthalten. Die Miete ist nicht verhandelbar.

It is located on the 1st floor and has a total of 4 rooms on a total of 98 m². Your bicycle can be parked in the barn in the backyard. The bathroom and toilet are separate from each other. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, including a dishwasher. There is also a private washing machine. Pictures of the kitchen are slightly different, there is also a large table. All additional costs, such as electricity, internet and utilities, are already included in the total cost of €525 per month. The rent is non-negotiable.
🇩🇪 Die Wohnung liegt in Bamberg in der Würzburger Straße im schönen Berggebiet, in einer zentralen und gut angebundenen Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Rewe, Lidl, dm und Bäckereien sind etwa 800m entfernt. Die Bushaltestellen Würzburger Straße und Laurenziplatz mit direkten Verbindungen in die Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof sind in 3–5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch die Innenstadt ist in ca. 12 Minuten zu Fuß bequem zu erreichen.
Einen Katzensprung entfernt liegt die Wirtschaft Greifenklau, örtliche Kneipen und Keller sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Der Hainpark und die Hainbadestelle sind etwa 7 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt und laden zum Baden, zu entspannten Spaziergängen und sportlichen Aktivitäten ein.

🇬🇧 The apartment is located in Bamberg in Würzburger Straße in the beautiful mountain area, in a central and well-connected location. Shops such as Rewe, Lidl, dm and bakeries are about 800m away. The bus stops Würzburger Straße and Laurenziplatz with direct connections to the city centre and the train station can be reached in 3-5 minutes on foot. The city centre can also be easily reached on foot in about 12 minutes. A stone's throw away is the Greifenklau, local pubs and cellars are within walking distance. The Hainpark and the Hainbadestelle are about 7 minutes away by bicycle and invite you to swim, take relaxing walks and take part in sporting activities.
🇩🇪 In deinem neuen Zuhause teilst du dir die Wohnung mit einem reiselustigen Paar und einem weiteren Mitbewohner, der von Beruf Handwerker ist.
Wir beiden sind gerade von einer 5-jährigen Fahrradweltreise bis nach Malaysia zurückgekehrt. Schon vor der Reise haben wir gemeinsam in einer WG gelebt und möchten diese Erfahrung gerne fortsetzen.
Wir sind teils angestellt, teils selbstständig, kochen gerne und machen auch ab und zu Yoga zusammen. Wir genießen Gesellschaft und ein gemeinsames Bier am Abend, wissen aber auch die Zeit zu zweit zu schätzen.
Wenn du schon WG-Erfahrung hast, wäre das von Vorteil. Es gibt einen Putzplan, bei dem jeder Mitbewohner die gemeinschaftlichen Flächen mit reinigt.

We both have just returned from a 5-year bicycle trip around the world to Malaysia. Before the trip, we lived together in a shared apartment and would like to continue this experience.
We are partly employed, partly self-employed, enjoy cooking and do yoga together from time to time. We enjoy company and a beer together in the evening, but we also appreciate time together.
If you already have experience of living in a shared apartment, that would be an advantage. There is a cleaning schedule in which each roommate helps clean the common areas.
