Süßes WG-Zimmer mit Garten ab April oder Mai

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in Bamberg Ost und ist nur 5 Minuten Fußweg von der Feki entfernt. in die Innenstadt braucht man mit dem Fahrrad etwa 10 Minuten, zum Bahnhof lediglich 5 Minuten. Eine Minute entfernt ist auch eine Bushaltestelle (Kloster--Banz-Straße) von der man gut in die Stadt kommt. In näherer Umgebung befinden sich viele Einkaufmöglichkeiten wie dm, Aldi, Lidl, Rewe etc. auch das McFit ist nicht weit entfernt. Falls du ein Auto hast, kannst du in den Straßen hier hervorragend parken.

Our apartment is located in Bamberg East and is only a 5-minute walk from the Feki. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the city center by bike and just 5 minutes to get to the train station. There is also a bus stop one minute away (Kloster--Banz-Straße) from which you can easily get into the city. There are many shopping opportunities in the surrounding area such as dm, Aldi, Lidl, Rewe etc. McFit is also not far away. If you have a car, the streets here are great for parking.

Und nun zum wichtigsten Teil: die Mitbewohnis
Da ich im Wintersemester ein Auslandssemester in Chile mache fehlt ein Mitbewohner oder eine Mitbewohnerin, der oder die die WG wieder komplettiert. In der WG wohnen Tobi (25), Laura (25), Max (25) und Lydia (22)

Tobi studiert im Bachelor Wirtschafts-Pädagogik. Er arbeitet im Kawenzmann, eine coole Bar in der Innenstadt, und ist immer für Unternehmungen und Gespräch und natürlich für Bier zu haben :) Außerdem ist er großer Fußball und Formel 1 Fan und somit auch immer für ein Bundesliga Nachmittag zu haben.

Laura studiert im Master Psychologie und kommt ursprünglich aus Niederbayern (Keine Angst man hört es nicht :)). Sie ist regelmäßig im McFit oder bei ausgiebigen Spaziergängen durch Bamberg anzutreffen. Außerdem erteilt sie gerne ausgiebige Streicheleinheiten an unsere Nachbarskatze die immer wieder zu Besuch ist.

Max studiert ebenfalls im Master Psychologie. Er ist unser Pflanzen Dad in der WG und stets bemüht, dass keine unserer Pflanzen den Löffel abgibt. Er fährt gerne Inliner und macht Homeworkouts oder bäckt für unsere WG Bananenbrot. Außerdem ist er immer für ein (mehr oder weniger guten) Dad-Joke zu haben.

Lydia studiert im Bachelor IBWL und wohnt seit letztem Oktober in der WG. Lydia hat immer ein offenes Ohr und gute Tipps. Sie engagiert sich bei den Pfadfindern und bei der smd-Hochschulgruppe und ist immer für einen Spieleabend zu haben. Außerdem liest Lydia gerne die ZEIT (dabei kannst du gerne meine Beteiligung am Abo übernehmen) bei eine leckeren Tee und genießt die Sonne im Garten.


And now to the most important part: your roommates.
Since I'm doing a semester abroad in Chile in the winter semester, we are searching for a roommate to complete the shared apartment.
Tobi (25), Laura (25), Max (25) and Lydia (22) live in the shared apartment.

Tobi is studying for a bachelor's degree in business education. He works at Kawenzmann, a cool bar in the city center, and is always available for activities, conversations and of course beer :) He is also a big football and Formula 1 fan and is therefore always available for a Bundesliga afternoon.

Laura is studying for a master's degree in psychology and is originally from Lower Bavaria (don't worry, you won't hear it :)). She can be found regularly at McFit or on long walks through Bamberg. She also likes to give our neighbor's cat a lot of petting, who always visits.

Max is also studying for a Master's degree in psychology. He's our plant dad in the shared flat and always tries to make sure none of our plants die. He likes to go inline skating and does home workouts or bakes banana bread for our flat share. He's also always up for a (more or less good) dad joke.

Lydia is studying IBWL and has been living in the shared flat since last October. Lydia always has an open ear and good tips. She is involved in the scouts and the smd university group and is always up for a games evening. Lydia also enjoys reading DIE ZEIT (you are welcome to take over my share of the subscription) with a delicious cup of tea and enjoying the sun in the garden.

In der Miete sind Strom, Wasser, Heizung einbezogen. Die Sonstigen Kosten ergeben sich aus Internet und GEZ. Falls du Interesse an dem Zimmer und an der WG hast melde dich gerne bei uns.
