Das geräumige und helle Zimmer befindet sich im Souterrain. Es bietet eine ruhige, freundliche Atmosphäre. Es ist frisch renoviert und möbliert. Die Gestaltung ist dem Mieter frei überlassen. Eines der Fenster geht nach Osten, sodass morgens die Sonne ins Zimmer scheint und der Blick auf den großen Garten fällt.
Das Bad befindet sich im 1. Stock. Das Bad, die voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschküche mit Trockner, Gäste-WC werden von allen Bewohnern benutzt. Da wir gerne und gut kochen, kann auch gerne ab und zu gemeinsam gegessen werden.
The spacious and bright room is located in the basement. It offers a quiet, friendly atmosphere. It is freshly renovated and furnished, with the design left up to the tenant. One of the windows faces east, allowing the morning sun to shine into the room and providing a view of the large garden.
The bathroom is on the first floor. The bathroom, the fully equipped kitchen, the laundry room with dryer, and the guest WC are shared by all residents. Since we enjoy cooking and are quite good at it, shared meals can occasionally be arranged.
Das Haus befindet sich in der schönen Gemeinde Berg am Starnberger See zwischen sonnigen Wäldern und Wiesen mit Bergblick. Alle wichtige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, aber auch Gaststätten befinden sich in der Gemeinde.
Buslinien verbinden über die S-Bahnen von Starnberg und Wolfratshausen problemlos mit München. Wenn nötig, helfen wir mit dem Auto aus.
Wer die Natur liebt ist hier besonders gut aufgehoben. Der schöne Starnberger See liegt nur 1 km entfernt. Die Berge sind nah und man ist von Isar, Loisach und Seen umgeben.
The house is located in the beautiful community of Berg am Starnberger See, surrounded by sunny forests and meadows with views of the mountains. All essential shopping options, as well as restaurants, are available in the area.
Bus lines connect conveniently via the S-Bahn trains in Starnberg and Wolfratshausen to Munich. If necessary, we are happy to help with transportation by car.
Nature lovers will especially enjoy it here. The beautiful Lake Starnberg is just 1 km away. The mountains are close by, and the area is surrounded by the Isar River, Loisach River, and other lakes.
Wir sind eine internationale Patchworkfamilie mit Border Collie. Da die Kinder aus dem Haus sind, bieten wir gerne unsere Zimmer an und helfen beim Eingewöhnen. Wir schätzen freundlichen, unbürokratischen und offenen Umgang. Da wir einen Hund besitzen, muss nicht alles blitzblank sein, trotzdem ist es uns wichtig, dass alle ihren Teil zur Sauberkeit beitragen.
We are an international patchwork family with a Border Collie. Since the children have moved out, we are happy to offer our rooms and assist with settling in. We value friendly, informal, and open interactions. Since we have a dog, the house doesn’t need to be spotless, but it’s still important to us that everyone contributes to keeping things clean.
